Asue Co., Ltd. has signed an agreement to take over the ERM business from Merck Electronics Ltd. on December 28, 2023.
The business transfer is scheduled to be completed on February 29, 2024, after fulfilment of certain customary closing conditions, and Asue Co., Ltd. will then take over the ERM business that has been conducted by Merck Electronics Ltd. in Japan.
Asue Co., Ltd. will strengthen its materials business based on this business transfer.
