History

2013	Establishment of Maruzen Intec Co., Ltd. At the time of establishment: bases were located in Osaka, Tokyo, Fukuyama, Mobara, Toyama, and Suminoe.
2014	Established Kumamoto Sales Office.
2015	Opening of Ho Chi Minh City Representative Office (Vietnam)
2016	Established Maruzen Intec (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in Shanghai. Moved Kumamoto Sales Office and renamed it Kyushu Sales Office.
2018	Shoji Amo became President. Established Korea Representative Office in Gumi, Korea. Obtained naming rights for the Osaka Municipal Central Gymnasium and Osaka Municipal Pool.
2019	Established Thailand Representative Office in Bangkok, Thailand.
2020	Moved Osaka Head Office.
2021	Acquired all shares of Kobayashi Soken Co., Ltd. Tokyo, Kyushu, and Fukuyama sales offices were relocated and renamed Tokyo Sales Office to Tokyo Branch and Kyushu Sales Office to Kyushu Branch Received "Medal with Dark Blue Ribbon."
2022	Renamed the company name "Asue Co., Ltd."
